Who are we?

Cardinal is a family owned badminton facility located at 500 Nordhoff Place in Englewood, New Jersey. ​

What are your hours?

Our Englewood location is open every day from 8am to 10pm.

Holiday hours will be updated throughout the year.

Where can I park?

Free parking is available on-site on a first come first served basis; additional free street parking is available along W Sheffield Avenue. Please reference the image below, and park in the red zones.

How can I book a court?

Booking is conveniently simple! Please visit our Book Online page, choose either a "1-Hour" or "2-Hour Court Rental", and select your date and time. You will need to create an account on our website to confirm your booking - this allows you to pay for the reservation, see past booking history, and manage any upcoming ones.

Twelve hours before your reservation you will receive a pin code via email which you will use to access the facility. Type in the provided code to enter the facility and enjoy your stay! Please note that reserving a court is for a maximum of six people. If you would like to book for more than that please contact us.

What if I need a partner?

If you are looking for a partner or other people to play with, don't worry! We host open play sessions where you can play doubles with other players of a similar skill level.​​ Simply head over to our booking link, but instead of choosing "Court Rental, select "Open Play"! Once you have selected your proficiency level, find a time that works for you.

 

Please note that any open play booking is for an individual player, only. If you have a friend joining you, make sure that they register as well.​

What if I need to cancel?

Sometimes life gets in the way of enjoying badminton! Cancellations are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of your reservation will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation are nonrefundable.

To modify or cancel your reservation, please visit the My Bookings page (this will prompt you to log into your account, if you are not already). From there, select the "Manage" button and then follow the on-screen guidance.

Are there any facility rules?

For a full list of rules, please see our Facility Rules page. In general, we ask that you be respectful of the other players at the facility. This includes cleaning up after yourself, leaving the court promptly at the end of your reservation, and being courteous to those playing around you.

What if I forgot my equipment?

There is no need to worry if you forgot your gear at home! Spare rackets and shuttlecocks are available for a nominal fee. Please be sure to return your gear after your games.

How can I host an event at your facility?

For tournaments, birthday parties, or any other events, please contact us directly to arrange details.
