Please make sure bags are kept neatly along the court walls; court floors must remain clear.

If you notice spills or damage, please contact the club manager immediately.

This facility uses security cameras for safety monitoring.

Please reference signage throughout the club for "Emergency" information.
Visitor Policy

Court use is reserved for online bookings only.

Please do not hold the door open for others - each group must enter with the club's PIN.

The digital display board in our lobby will show you which court your reservation will be playing at. If you find that the information is incorrect, please let the club manager know as soon as possible.

Upon visiting the facility for the first time, please fill out a player information and waiver packet.

Keep our courts game-ready by using clean, non-marking shoes.

​Spectators - we love that you’re here, too! Please make sure you don’t have sharp sole/heeled shoes that might ruin our courts’ surfaces.

Keep food and drinks in the lounge area so the courts stay clean and safe.
