Facility Operations

Please make sure bags are kept neatly along the court walls; court floors must remain clear.
If you notice spills or damage, please contact the club manager immediately.
This facility uses security cameras for safety monitoring.
Please reference signage throughout the club for "Emergency" information.

Court use is reserved for online bookings only.
Please do not hold the door open for others - each group must enter with the club's PIN.
The confirmation email sent after booking will communicate which court your reservation will be playing at. If you find that the information is incorrect, please let the club manager know as soon as possible.
Upon visiting the facility for the first time, please ensure all members of your group fill out our Liability Waiver before starting play.

Only clean, indoor, non-marking shoes are allowed to preserve our courts and ensure your safety. If you do not have the required shoes, we offer shoe rentals for use on our courts. Any shoes with hard rubber or black/marking soles are not allowed. Dirty shoes are not allowed, nor are spiked shoes such as cleats, heels, or boots. If you don't have shoes that fit this criteria there are shoes to rent on site.

Cardinal Badminton strictly prohibits any professional coaching or training conducted by coaches who are not affiliated with our club.

Respect The Courts

Keep our courts game-ready by using clean, non-marking shoes.
- Spectators - we love that you’re here, too! Please make sure you don’t have sharp sole/heeled shoes that might ruin our courts’ surfaces.
Help keep the club tidy by taking all belongings and trash with you.
Keep food and drinks in the lounge area so the courts stay clean and safe.
Use club equipment with care so the next players can enjoy it too.

Respect Your Time (And Others)

Enjoy your full court time and be ready to hand it off to the next group of players right on schedule.
Play safe - warm up before your game and watch out for players on nearby courts.
Children are welcome, but please keep them off the courts unless they are playing.
